After installing Group Calendar, access the interface via the modified sun/moon button on your minimap.

This will open an empty calendar view. The mod must be configured and synchronized before events will appear. Click the "Channel" tab at the bottom of the window to display the channel configuration pane.

  1. Select "Manual channel configuration."
  2. Enter "Apoccal" as the channel name. (No password is required.)
  3. Click "Connect."

The status should change to "Data channel is connected" after a few moments. Because of limitations in World of Warcraft, this mod must sychronize itself through a hidden chat channel. Don't worry about this too much, it just means that event updates aren't instantaneous. Be patient.

Return to the calendar and click a day to display that day's events. Click a time to sign up for the raid and view the other scheduled attendees.
